Which devices is ImagineCare compatible with?
Right now, ImagineCare works only on Apple devices that run on iOS 8.1 or newer. In other words, these devices:
iPhone 4S, 5, 5c, 5s, SE, 6, 6s, 6s Plus
iPad 2, iPad 3, iPad 4, iPad Air, ipad mini (1st gen.), Retina iPad mini, iPad mini 3, iPad Air 2
iPod Touch, 5th gen

+ Why is there a delay transmitting steps or activity points from the band to the ImagineCare app
At the moment, your data needs to be sent to your Microsoft Health account before it is sent to ImagineCare. As soon as you sync your data with the Microsoft Band app, it may take a few minutes before that data appears in the ImagineCare app.
+ I understand the delay, but my data is WAY off!
This could be a Bluetooth/connection issue. If you aren’t seeing any data, or your data is hours behind where you think it should be, there are a few things that could have gone wrong. + Help! I forget my ImagineCare pin and I can’t get in to the app!
Fear not! Since we do not store your pin numbers, you will need to delete the app from your iOS device and reinstall it. Go to the App Store, search for “ImagineCare”, and click on the “get” button. You will then be able to sign-in and create a new pin. Ta-da!
+ Will the BP cuff and scale always capture my data, even if my iOS device is off?
Not necessarily. In order for us to get your most accurate data, you will need to log in to the ImagineCare app and take a reading by selecting the appropriate tile and clicking the “+” symbol in the top right corner. It is possible for the scale and blood pressure cuff to save readings if your phone is off. However, all of the readings may not be saved accurately. Readings won't be sent to us until the next time you connect to the app, not at the time you take the reading. This is also why we HIGHLY discourage other people in your household from using your devices. We want to be able to care for you as best we can, and if we are receiving other people’s data, it will just confuse the daylights out of us!
+ Why are activity minutes in my ImagineCare app different than what’s displayed on the Microsoft band/app?
Great question! Activity is shown as points in the ImagineCare app and as minutes in the Microsoft Band app. In the ImagineCare app, you will receive points for active time in which your heart rate reaches the targeted heart rate zone for your age. The greater the effort, the more points you earn! Using the Microsoft Band app as a reference, active time is time when your heart rate is light, moderate, hard or very hard. In the ImagineCare app, one point is awarded for every minute spent in very light or light, and two points are awarded for every minute spent in moderate, hard, or very hard.
+ My band doesn’t fit! Can I get a different size?
Cheer up, buttercup! We will be happy to send you a different size! Call us at 844-346-2446, let us know what size you need, and we will ship it to you ASAP. In the meantime, we will email you with a FedEx return label to print out and attach to the package containing your original band. You can either call 1-800-GO-FEDEX to schedule a pickup, or you can drop it off at a FedEx storefront or drop-box in your area. Either way, there will be no charge to you!
+ I'm concerned about how my secure my health data is. What is ImagineCare's privacy polic?
ImagineCare does not share your identifiable personal health information with anyone without your permission. Not your boss or company. Not a data-collection agency. Your identifiable personal health information is protected by law—the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, a.k.a. HIPAA, to be exact. This law establishes privacy standards to protect your medical records and other health information.
In the context of ImagineCare, this means that we’ll never share or publish personally identifiable health data that is collected through the ImagineCare app. In other words, your boss can't see how many steps you take, or geolocate your activity, or find out how many hours you slept last night.
Data that we do share is always only in aggregate and de-identified. Neither your name nor your individual set of data will ever be singled out.
