Region Jämtland Härjedalen

The Jämtland Härjedalen region, together with ImagineCare, was the first in Sweden to develop and test a new working model as part of the transition to a “Close Care” (translated from Swedish “Nära vård”) in the region. The region is home to 130,000 people with only one hospital covering an area larger than Denmark. This makes continuous monitoring and early detection of deteriorating medical conditions even more important.
